Evoluttion Microdeck® M is a single-component finishing microcement, specially designed for application on interior floors. With a medium texture, it is characterized by its natural and continuous aesthetic, with non-slip properties that make it an ideal option for high-traffic areas, such as homes, offices, and commercial establishments.
This high-performance coating is mixed only with water, eliminating the need for additional resins, which simplifies its use on site and guarantees a homogeneous result. It is compatible with radiant heating systems and can be applied over cement, mortar, ceramic, or plaster.

Substrate preparation
- Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, consolidated, and free of grease or contaminants.
- Apply an appropriate primer depending on the type of surface:
- For absorbent substrates: Primacem Plus
- For non-absorbent substrates: Primacem ABS
- For ceramic surfaces, apply a prior bonding coat to improve adhesion.

Base application
- Apply 2 coats of Evoluttion Microbase as a preparatory layer, sanding between coats with 40-grit sandpaper.
- This step is mandatory to provide body and anchorage to the system.

Material preparation
- Pour 4.5 liters of clean water for each 18 kg bag of Evoluttion Microdeck M.
- Mix with a low-speed electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 2 minutes before use.

Product application
- Apply 2 thin coats of Evoluttion Microdeck M with a flexible steel trowel.
- Respect the drying time between coats (approximately 4-6 hours).
- Sand between coats with 80-120 grit sandpaper to achieve a fine and uniform finish.
- The total thickness should not exceed 2 mm.

- Once the application is complete and fully dry (min. 24 hours), proceed with sealing using the protection system.

What sets Evoluttion apart from other microcements?
Evoluttion is a one-component microcement: it is only mixed with water (and pigment), with no need for resins. This simplifies on-site mixing and reduces the margin for error.
Which products make up the Evoluttion system?
Evoluttion Microbase (L, XL or XXL) is the preparation layer. The finish goes on top: Evoluttion Microfino, with a fine texture for walls and furniture, or Evoluttion Microdeck, designed for walkable indoor floors.
What surfaces can it be applied on?
It bonds to concrete, mortar, ceramic, plaster, plasterboard and MDF, on floors and walls. The substrate must be clean, dry, firm and grease-free, and should be primed beforehand with Primacem Plus or Primacem ABS depending on its absorption.
Can it be used outdoors?
Evoluttion Microbase and Evoluttion Microfino are suitable for indoors and outdoors. Evoluttion Microdeck, however, is designed for indoor floors.
How is it applied?
After priming, apply two coats of Evoluttion Microbase with a metal trowel, sanding between coats with 40 grit. Then apply two thin coats of the finish (Microfino or Microdeck) with a flexible trowel, sanding lightly between them. Do not apply coats thicker than 1 mm; the recommended total thickness is 1 to 3 mm.
Does it need sealing?
Yes. Once hardened (between 24 and 48 hours), it is sealed with the Presealer pore-sealing primer and a Topsealer WT varnish, such as Topsealer WT Dragon, in matt, satin or gloss finish.
