Component A Topsealer® PRO+ SLOW 0.8Kg

Topsealer® PRO+ SLOW Component A is a solvent-based aliphatic polyurethane varnish, part of a two-component system specially designed for the protection of continuous decorative coatings. This "SLOW" version is formulated to offer a longer drying time, which improves workability in adverse weather conditions or during applications on large surfaces.

It is especially recommended as a protective finish for systems such as Evoluttion, Sttandard or Industtrial, ensuring a durable and resistant seal.

Main features

How to use

1. Product preparation:
   • Mix Component A with Component B (Topsealer® PRO+ SLOW B) in a 3:1 ratio by weight.
   • Homogenize with a low-speed mixer for at least 2 minutes.
   • Let the mixture rest for 2 minutes before applying.
2. Application:
   • Apply with a 6 mm microfiber roller.
   • Two coats are recommended for an optimal finish.
   • Allow 8 to 12 hours drying time between coats depending on temperature and humidity.
3. Environmental conditions:
   • Ambient temperature: between 15 ºC and 25 ºC.
   • Relative humidity: below 80 %.
   • Avoid drafts and direct heat sources during drying.
   
   

Performance

• Approx. 0.10 – 0.15 L/m² per coat (combined with Component B).
• Performance may vary depending on the porosity of the substrate and application conditions.
