Component A Topsealer® DSV Satin 4L LQ

Component A Topsealer® DSV Satin 4 L LQ is the acrylic base of the two-component solvent-based polyurethane varnish system for microcement, offering a high-quality satin finish. Designed to enhance the colors of continuous coatings, facades, and microcement floors, it provides protection resistant to wear, water, scratches, and UV exposure, maintaining an elegant and technical appearance.

This product is part of the Topsealer® range and must be mixed with hardener B to obtain an effective sealing system for both indoor and outdoor use, ideal for design projects, continuous flooring, and professional decorative microcement.

How to use

1. Shake component A well before use.
2. Mechanically mix with hardener B in a 2 kg of A to 1 kg of B ratio.
3. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, avoiding craters or differences in shine.
4. Apply with a spray gun or short velour roller at a temperature between 10–30 °C.
5. Lightly sand (400 grit) the first coat after 8 hours and do not exceed 2 days before the next coat.
6. Respect the pot life of the mixture (2 hours) and drying times (24–48 hours).

Storage conditions

Store in its original packaging, tightly closed and in a dry, ventilated, and dark place. Recommended temperature between 10–30 °C. Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing if kept under these conditions.
