Standard Microbase XXL 24kg

Sttandard Microbase® XXL is a two-component preparation microcement developed by Topciment® to create a solid, structured, and highly resistant base in microcement systems. Thanks to its coarse (XXL) granulometry, it provides excellent substrate leveling before applying finishing coats such as Microdeck or Microfino. It is used as component A, combined with Acricem resin (component B), in continuous high-durability coatings for interiors and exteriors.

5. Total compatibility with other Topciment systems, such as TOPSEALER® or ACRICEM®.

How to use

1. Substrate preparation:
   • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease or dust.
   • Correct irregularities and check for flatness.
2. Mixing:
   • Mix 10 kg of Sttandard Microbase XXL with approx. 2.5 L of Acricem resin.
   • Dissolve the pigment in the resin and add the powder while mixing.
   • Use a mechanical mixer at low revolutions for at least 4 minutes until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained.
3. Application:
   • Apply two coats of Microbase XXL with a metal trowel.
   • Allow each coat to dry and sand if a more uniform texture is desired.
   • Continue the system with two coats of finishing product (Microdeck or Microfino) and seal with Topsealer varnish to protect the system.

Storage conditions

Keep the product in its original closed container, in a dry place protected from humidity, between 5 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life: 1 year from its manufacturing date, unopened.
