Sttandard Microbase L 20Kg

Sttandard Microbase is a two-component powder microcement (component A) designed as a primer before applying finishing microcements such as Sttandard Microfino, Microdeck or Microstone; it can also be used as a rustic finish. It is applied in thin layers (1-3 mm) with a trowel over a clean, flat surface with prepared expansion joints. After mixing with component B (liquid Acricem resin), it offers excellent adhesion, workability and decorative versatility, being suitable for both indoor and outdoor floors and walls.

5. High mechanical resistance: flexural strength ≥ 10 N/mm² and compressive strength ≥ 50 N/mm² at 28 days.

How to use

1. Prepare the substrate: clean, dry, stable and free of contaminants. Optional reinforcement with Builtex mesh or priming with Primacem® as indicated.
2. Mix component A (powder microcement) with component B (Acricem resin) and pigment, following proportions: 10 kg of powder + 2.5–3.0 L of resin.
3. Knead until homogeneous (min. 4 min). Apply with a trowel in a 1–3 mm layer, "wet on wet" technique if texturizing is desired.
4. Sand between layers to remove imperfections.
5. After applying Microbase, proceed with successive layers of Microfino, Microdeck or Microstone according to the required finish.

• Microbase L: 2.00 kg/m² applying two coats.

• Compressive strength: ≥ 50 N/mm² at 28 days.
• Adhesion to substrate: ≥ 1.5 N/mm² after 28 days.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place, protected from humidity and extreme temperatures. Keep in original unopened packaging until use. Shelf life is unlimited for powder correctly stored according to Topciment microcement standards.
