Cement Overlay 25kg

Overlay Cemento 25 Kg is a high-resistance, single-component decorative mortar specially formulated for application over existing floors without the need for removal. Its cement tone, a sober and versatile neutral gray, adapts to any contemporary decorative style, from industrial spaces to minimalist environments.

This continuous coating belongs to the Overlay range, developed by Topciment to transform old pavements into modern, uniform, and resistant surfaces, without invasive construction work. It offers comfortable trowel application and a professional aesthetic result for both interiors and exteriors.

How to use

1. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of wax, grease, and loose materials.
2. Apply primer if the substrate requires it (not always necessary).
3. Mix the product with clean water until a homogeneous paste is achieved.
4. Spread a thin layer with a metal trowel over the pavement.
5. Allow to dry completely before applying optional treatments.

Coverage

Approximately 1.4 kg/m² per thin layer, depending on the condition of the substrate.

Storage conditions
