Sttandard Microdeck® M 18kg

Sttandard Microdeck M is a two-component powder microcement designed for continuous decorative finishes on interior floors and walls, with a medium-grain texture that provides a natural effect similar to polished cement. It is used after preparation with Microbase, and when mixed with Acricem resin (component B), it offers excellent adhesion and mechanical resistance on various substrates such as concrete, ceramics, plaster, or plasterboard.

Main features

1. Seamless continuous coating, respecting expansion joints.

3. Excellent workability and a wide variety of decorative finishes (matte, satin, gloss).
4. High adhesion to the substrate for interior use (floors, stairs, shower trays).
5. Medium grain texture that reduces the "water effect" compared to Microfino.

How to use

1. Substrate preparation: apply Microbase and ensure the surface is clean, flat, and consolidated.
2. Mixing: 10 kg (powder) + 3.0–3.5 L of Acricem resin + pigment; first dissolve the pigment in resin, then add the powder, mixing with a low-speed mixer.
3. Kneading: mix for at least 4 minutes until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained.
4. Application: apply with a trowel in a continuous layer of 1–3 mm, in several coats depending on the desired finish.
5. Finishing: between coats, it can be lightly sanded to correct imperfections; finish with Topsealer varnish according to the required finish.

Yield

• 1.00 kg/m² in two coats (M particle size) on a prepared base.

Storage conditions

Store in a closed container, in a cool, dry place, avoiding extreme heat and humidity. Use within the manufacturer's recommended period.
