Covercem® Xtrem 25L

Covercem® Xtrem is a consolidating mineral coating developed for the protection and waterproofing of mineral substrates such as stamped concrete, polished concrete, natural stone, brick, or microcement. Based on lithium silicate and special polysiloxanes, it guarantees increased surface hardness, high penetration, and optimal protection against water and abrasion, without altering the texture or original appearance of the substrate and without forming a surface film.

How to Use

1. Protect adjacent untreated areas, especially sensitive surfaces such as wood, glass, or metal.
2. Clean the substrate, removing dust, grease, or paint before applying Xtrem.
3. Apply by brush, roller, or spray gun, pure or diluted (max. 1:1 with water), depending on the required penetration capacity.
4. Spread evenly until controlled saturation. Avoid excessive buildup.
5. Allow to dry according to environmental conditions; no subsequent sealing is required.

Coverage

Approximate coverage between 150 and 300 g/m² depending on the type of substrate, porosity, and application method. Adjust the dosage according to the substrate's absorption.

• Dilution: apply pure or diluted up to 1:1 with water.

Storage Conditions

Store in a dry and well-ventilated place, below 30 °C and protected from freezing. Keep the container tightly closed to preserve its properties.
